Every one of them is a spot where a shop loses a client, a deposit, or an hour it never billed for. Below is the same five on Keep The Fees, running on the real dashboard, calendar and waiting room your shop would actually use. Nothing here is a video and nothing is a mockup. The day sheet
0 of opened
These are recordings of the live product, captured screen by screen. Client names and numbers are examples.
The pile on the counter
Nothing above is exotic. Every shop already does all six. The question is how many places the day is stored in by the time you lock the door, and how much falls through the cracks between them.
How most shops run it
Six systems that do not talk to each other, and one person holding it together.
On Keep The Fees
One login. One client record. One number at the end of the night.

About the name
Every sale shows a cash price and a card price, and the card price carries the processing cost. The client picks how they want to pay, and the shop still books the number on the wall. It is called dual pricing, it is on every plan, and it is not an upgrade you have to ask for.
That is where the name came from. Everything above is why shops stay.
Your shop today
$17.55 left the building
On Keep The Fees
The $17.55 moved to the card price. It never comes out of the shop's number. Rate shown matches the figures published on keepthefees.com; your card price is set with you during onboarding.
The rest of the wall
Built after sitting down with more than 500 working artists and shop managers, feature by feature, for the way a tattoo and piercing shop actually runs. Not a salon system with the word tattoo swapped in.
Consent, medical history and ID signed on a phone and filed to the client record.
Flat splits, tiered rates that step up with sales, or booth rent. Set once per artist.
Artist pay runs off the numbers the register already has. Add direct deposit when you're ready.1
Card batches and artist payouts can land the same day for qualified accounts.1
Needles, pigment, gloves and aftercare counted live, with a low stock alert before Saturday.
Flip between company and artist overview: revenue, cash vs. card, bookings vs. walk-ins.
Session notes, signed forms and full history on one card before they sit down.
The whole shop from your phone, whether you are at the counter or in the chair.
Chat, email, text or phone. A person picks up, not a ticket queue.
The price list
Every plan runs the same platform. Nothing you clicked through above is an add-on tier. Payroll with direct deposit to artists is the one optional extra.1
Running more than one location? Ask on the call and it gets priced straight, no bundle games. Cancel with 30 days notice.
